EarlyPlot / What we track
Everything public that can move land value.
EarlyPlot tracks what changes the value of a piece of land, from building approvals to the roads planned nearby. Every item keeps its source link and the date it was checked.

Where the data comes from
Public government portals (Parivesh, AAI NOCAS, state fire services, city and development authorities, state RERA and state land-record portals), OpenStreetMap and cited news. Listing sites are cited and linked in reports, not copied. Owner and applicant names are masked.
Accuracy rules
- Every fact carries its source link and the date it was checked.
- Status words are exact: proposed, DPR, tendered, under construction or open. A proposal is never shown as a plan.
- Estimates are labelled as estimates, with the assumption shown.
- If a record cannot be checked online, we say so and say where to check it.
